Randy Kluj
Randy grew up in northern Maine where hunting, fishing, and the
outdoors were a huge part of his childhood. He attended college at
Norwich University and after graduating joined the U.S. Army to begin
flight school. Randy went on to become a pilot flying the AH-64D
Apache Longbow. Serving for 10 years Randy went on to become an
instructor pilot in the Apache and completed multiple deployments in
support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
He still flies today as a civilian medevac pilot where he lives in Western
Pennsylvania.
Beth Paine
Co Chief Operating Officers and Chief Development National Officer.
Beth has been with our organization since it began handling marketing, CRM build out, women's hunts, events and operations. She comes with years of experience with marketing and relationship and account management from multiple industries. She lives in north Texas on a small farm with her husband, Dustin, and their 5 amazing kiddos, Taryn, Kaden, Lexie, Mady and Gavyn. They love hunting, fishing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends
Ashley Furr
Co Chief Operating Officers and Chief Development National Officer
Ashley has been with our organization for about a year handling all of our division launches, social media management, hunt logistics, and partnerships. She comes with years of experience with relationship and account management from multiple industries. She lives in north Texas with her husband, Kyle, and their 3 year old daughter, Rowen. They love hunting, fishing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends
Brooke Jones
National Director of Operations
Applied social science researcher and nonprofit administrator with professional accounting background seeking to use unique and dynamic skill set for the common good of society and our environment. Motivated, adaptable, professional who has worked with diverse teams, communities, and stakeholders on a variety of collaborative projects. Accustomed to handling high-pressure situations and sensitive social and political issues. Dedicated, self-motivated, dependable team player with over 10 years of experience in accounting, 8 years working remotely, and 3 years in nonprofit management (Development & Research). I would love to focus my skills on creating more just, resilient, and inclusive communities for all people.
